About Us

Bahay CAREgiver Services is an experienced agency that can provide you with the caregiver that has the skills and experience best suited to care for your loved ones. We offer very personalized service. We personally meet with all families to properly assess their caregiving needs. Bahay CAREgiver Services is rapidly becoming the industry leader in providing quality caregivers to families in need.

Maria Natividad is the owner-operator of Bahay CAREgiver Services. She has a Business Administration Diploma and a Bachelor’s degree in Education. Since moving to Canada from the Philippines in 1990, she has informally helped match families in need with quality caregivers from her home country. Recently, she decided to turn her experience in caregiving placement into a fulltime business. Bahay CAREgiver Services was founded in 2008 after a rigorous approval process established by the Federal Government’s small business development program.

Almost 80% of the caregivers working in Canada are from the Philippines. Maria will use her knowledge of Philippine languages and dialects, insights into both western and eastern cultures, to bring you the best and most qualified caregiver.
